Hello. I’m Hisako Anatole, former principal ballet company therapist, a Japanese licensed Anma, Massage and Shiatsu Practitioner, certified by Japan’s Ministry of Health, a performance recovery specialist based in Nice, France.
I previously worked as an exclusive therapist for a professional ballet company, supporting rehearsals, performances, and touring schedules. My work focuses on supporting dancers, musicians, athletes and touring artists under high physical and mental demand. Rooted in Shiatsu, my approach goes beyond traditional massage. Through my experience working with professionals, I provide fully customized treatments tailored to each individual’s goals and physical condition, in order to restore mobility, reduce fatigue, regulate the autonomic nervous system, sharpen sensory awareness, and prepare the body for performance.
I prioritize recovery, sustained performance, and creating an environment where the entire production team can succeed. My work is designed not only to support individual well-being, but also to enhance overall productivity and performance within teams, productions and organizations.

Session Flow

- On the day: in-room consultation → treatment → post-session check (compare before/after)
